From exhibition design to digital tools, I have led a wide range of projects and interdisciplinary teams, both independently and as part of existing agency structures.

I see my role in leading projects as creating a vision and the conditions for creativity to unfold.

Part of this process is building enough clarity, trust and alignment so that clients and teams can move beyond simply delivering outcomes and begin contributing something that actually feels shared.

For me, creative leadership is less about control or direction, and more about creating frameworks that allow collaboration, ownership and new perspectives to emerge throughout the process.

Over time, I began to understand that high quality creative work can only emerge within high quality creative environments.

My focus therefore gradually expanded from creative processes toward the systems, structures, teams and individuals shaping the work behind them.

I work on creating frameworks that allow creative teams to operate with more clarity, alignment and sustainability across fast moving projects and interdisciplinary environments.

Creative work is not only shaped by ideas, but by the structure, communication and relationsships surrounding the process itself.

Part of my role is understanding where the strengths of a team already exist, where overload or friction appears and which areas need to be strengthened in order to support both the creative vision and the long term development of the studio.
