Different projects require different forms of leadership, communication and team composition.
Part of my role is understanding where the strengths of a team already exist, where overload or friction appears and which areas need to be strengthened in order to support both the creative vision and the long term development of the studio.
This can include team setup, operational support, workshop formats, leadership structures and the alignment between project goals, budgets and internal capacities.
The Agency as a Brand
I increasingly see the internal structure of a studio as part of its identity itself.
The way a team works, communicates and collaborates ultimately shapes how the agency is perceived from the outside.
This also raises broader questions:
What does growth mean for the studio?
What kind of culture should the team experience internally?
What expectations, values and working methods define the agency over time?
In this sense, operational structure becomes not only a management tool, but part of the brand and culture a studio creates around itself.
