About the Perspective

Understanding how structure, communication and human dynamics shape creative work.

Over the years, my work gradually expanded beyond creative direction and spatial design toward the systems, communication structures and human dynamics shaping creative environments from within.

Working across agencies, interdisciplinary teams and fast moving projects made me increasingly interested in how collaboration, pressure, responsibility and operational structures influence not only the quality of the work itself, but also the people creating it.

This perspective eventually led me to explore the relationship between creative work, leadership, communication and individual experience more deeply, including through further training in Gestalt therapy.

Today, my work moves between creative operations, team structures and the human side of collaboration, helping studios, teams and individuals create clearer, more sustainable and more conscious ways of working.
